Orders Confirmations Delivery notes Invoices One connected business record.
  • Less administration.

Orders and invoices become usable records, without the copy-and-paste between systems.

  • Clearer oversight.

Know what was sent, what was accepted and what needs attention.

  • Someone responsible.

The engineers behind the connection stay involved after it goes live.

01 / The managed service

Built around
how you trade.

Not a catalogue of connectors. A service designed around your documents, your systems and your trading relationships.

  1. Connect your trading relationships.

We start with your systems and the partners you trade with. Then we build the mappings and connections around the way your business actually works.

Partner onboarding / Document mapping / ERP integration

  2. Keep the business record intact.

An accepted file is only half the job. We validate the content, reconcile responses and write agreed updates back into your ERP, with exceptions made visible.

    Validation / Reconciliation / Traceability

  3. Manage what happens next.

Failed messages, revised formats and new partners need an owner. We agree monitoring, response arrangements and change control as part of the service.

02 / E-invoicing & regulation

Requirements before implementation

Different markets.
A considered approach.

E-invoicing is more than a file format. We assess the requirements that affect your document flows and translate them into the technical design, alongside your finance and tax advisers.

  1. The business context

Which entities, markets and transaction types are involved? Scope comes before assumptions about a mandate.

  2. The document requirements

Which structured formats and validation rules apply? EN 16931, XRechnung or a partner specification may shape the implementation.

  3. The delivery route

How must the document reach its recipient? Direct exchange, Peppol or a local platform each has its own onboarding requirements.

03 / The practical questions

Before we
connect anything.

Ask us a question
  • Can you work with our existing ERP?

That is the starting point. We assess its APIs, import facilities and data model before agreeing the integration. The aim is to keep your existing system as the business record, not introduce another place to maintain it.

  • Which document formats can you work with?

Our implementation experience includes openTRANS 2.1 over SFTP with ERP writeback. EDIFACT, other XML formats and structured invoices are assessed against your partner specifications. Each additional mapping is scoped and tested rather than assumed to work out of the box.

  • Do you operate a Peppol Access Point?

No. Where Peppol is required, we integrate your business systems with a suitable Access Point provider. Network access and any provider fees are identified separately in the project scope.

  • What does managed include?

We agree the document flows, monitoring coverage, support hours, escalation route and maintenance scope before launch. Partner changes and new connections follow an agreed change process. There is no implied round-the-clock support or unlimited onboarding.
