Services · twelve areas

Not a package. The right technology layer.

Your business does not need a predefined bundle of products. It needs the technology that has to exist around it: foundations, commerce, systems, automation, intelligence, and the connections that make them one.

Sound familiar?

Different problems, different technology.

You don’t have to know which of these you need before talking to us. That is our job. But the judgement looks roughly like this:

  • The digital presence doesn’t pull its weight

A website and digital foundation, built as infrastructure.

  • Revenue should flow through the web

E-commerce and commercial systems, from catalogue to checkout.

  • The operation outgrows spreadsheets

ERP and internal business systems, one record for the whole business.

  • Work nobody should do by hand

Automation between the systems that already exist.

  • Data and decisions need judgement at scale

AI, where AI is actually the right tool.

  • The software doesn’t exist anywhere

Custom software, engineered around the business.

  • The systems don’t talk to each other

Integration and infrastructure that make them one layer.

The catalogue

Twelve areas. One technology layer.

A business rarely needs a category. It needs a problem solved, and the solution is usually several things working together.

  1. Digital foundations.

The surface of the business: a presence that does real work. Inform, capture interest, and connect to the systems behind it.

    WebsitesContent systemsDigital platformsAnalyticsTechnical foundations

A presence that does its job.

  2. Commerce.

E-commerce engineered as an operational system, not just a storefront: product data, search, checkout and the systems behind them.

E-commerce systemsProduct cataloguesSearch and discoveryCheckout and paymentCommerce integrations

Revenue through the web, on one record.

  3. Lead and commercial systems.

The path from first enquiry to sale: capture, CRM, qualification and follow-up, without re-typing along the way.

    No enquiry lost.

  4. Business systems.

The machinery under the day-to-day. The goal is not installed software: it is one record, clear workflows and numbers you can trust.

    ERPInternal applicationsWorkflowsReporting

A business that runs on facts.

  5. Automation.

The repetitive work nobody should do by hand: data moved between systems, documents processed, tasks triggered. Structured and logged, so it can be trusted.

    Data flowsDocument processingNotificationsTask triggers

    Hours returned to the business.

  6. AI and intelligent systems.

Language-model applications, intelligent search, classification and AI-assisted workflows, integrated into the systems you already use and deployed in your own environment.

    LLM applicationsIntelligent searchClassificationDecision supportAI workflows

AI where it pays for itself.

  7. Custom software.

When the business genuinely works differently and off-the-shelf stops fitting, we engineer the tool around the work.

    Software that follows the business.

  8. Migration and modernisation.

Moving off the systems that hold the business back: data migrated and reconciled, every connection tested, the old way standing until the new one proves itself.

No big bang, no lost records.

  9. Integration and infrastructure.

The part that makes the layer one layer: systems exchanging information directly, running on deliberate infrastructure, released and watched with care.

APIs and integrationsData flowsHosting and environmentsDeploymentMonitoring

    One layer, not five systems.

  10. Security, privacy and compliance.

GDPR and EU AI Act requirements engineered in from the start: who can see and do what, how data is protected, and processing that never travels further than it has to.

Compliant by design, not by patch.

  11. IT services.

The everyday layer: devices, accounts, e-mail, networks and the problems between them. One partner who knows the systems because we built them.

Devices and accountsE-mail and collaborationNetworkingDay-to-day support

One partner for all of it.

  12. Ongoing engineering.

A running system, kept moving: improvements, fixes and extensions as the business changes. Not a product subscription - the engineers who built it stay responsible.

    MaintenanceImprovementsMonitoringEvolution

    A partner, not a handover.

Everything above belongs to the same layer, designed to work as one whole rather than as separate purchases.

Why us

Not the next tool. A plan.

We look at the business first, then engineer the parts that need to exist. Three moves, always in the same order.

See how we work
  1. Understand.

Diagnosis before build: how the business actually operates, and where the leverage sits.

  2. Design.

Architecture before tools: the parts, the connections and the reasons, written down.

  3. Build and keep engineering.

One technology layer, deployed into daily work and looked after.

Restraint

What we don’t build.

Restraint is part of engineering. The best technology is the technology that solves the actual business problem.

  • We don’t build software the business doesn’t need.

  • We don’t add AI because AI is fashionable.

  • We don’t build custom when an existing tool does the job.

  • We don’t confuse complexity with engineering.

Before you ask

Four questions we hear often.

If yours is missing, ask us directly.

  • We don’t know where to start. What do you recommend?

Start with a conversation, not a specification. One call is usually enough to sort which change would make the biggest difference, and whether we are the right people for it.

  • Do we have to change everything at once?

No. The work is staged: keep what works, connect or replace what doesn’t, build only what’s missing. You start with the part you need now and make room for what comes next.

  • Will this work with the systems we already have?

That is the default, not the exception. Most projects connect existing tools rather than replace them. Where something has to change, the old way stays standing until the new one proves itself.

  • What does it cost?

It depends on what needs to exist, and we don’t guess before the diagnosis. You see the reasoning, the scope and the estimate in writing before anything is built.
